Zucchini - chicken with carrot mash

Ingredients
  • Onions 5 g
  • Zucchini 100 g
  • Carrots 50 g
  • Turkey breast 80 g
  • Kanso MCT Margarine 83% 20 g
  • Kanso Oil MCT 100 % 10 g
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, black pepper, coriander, chilli powder, cumin, paprika powder, grated cloved, grated nutmeg, cinnamon
Preparation
For 1 Portion
  • Dice the onions finely. 
  • Slice the turkey breast into strips, cut the zucchini into slices.
  • Dice the carrots coarsely.
  • Bring a little salt water to the boil in a small saucepan. 
  • Cook the carrots in it until soft. 
  • Strain the cooking water and mash the carrots with the oil. 
  • Fold in the parsley.
  • Heat up the margarine in a pan at medium heat. 
  • First fry the meat in it, then the onions and finally the zucchini. 
  • Season well with the spices. 
  • Serve the carrot mash onto a plate and add the zucchini chicken.
