
Zucchini - chicken with carrot mash
Preparation
For 1 Portion
- Dice the onions finely.
- Slice the turkey breast into strips, cut the zucchini into slices.
- Dice the carrots coarsely.
- Bring a little salt water to the boil in a small saucepan.
- Cook the carrots in it until soft.
- Strain the cooking water and mash the carrots with the oil.
- Fold in the parsley.
- Heat up the margarine in a pan at medium heat.
- First fry the meat in it, then the onions and finally the zucchini.
- Season well with the spices.
- Serve the carrot mash onto a plate and add the zucchini chicken.
