Hearty waffles with feta and tomatoes
Ingredients

| 70 g | KetoBiota (Kanso) |
| 13.3 g (1 pouch) | MCTfiber (Kanso) |
| 10 g | Olive oil |
| 50 g | Water |
| For the topping: | |
| 15 g | Feta |
| 90 g | Tomatoes |
| 15 g | Olive oil |
| 1 pinch | Oregano |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
Preparation
Step 1
Mix egg, KetoBiota and MCTfiber with oil and water in a bowl until smooth.
Step 2
Lightly grease waffle iron and heat.
Step 3
Bake waffles until golden brown. The recipe is made for three large waffles.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the topping. Grate the feta, finely slice the tomatoes and mix with olive oil. Season to taste with oregano and salt.
Step 5
Serve waffle with topping.
