Ingredients

| 23 ml | MCT Oil 77 % (Kanso) |
| 30 g | Minced meat, vegan |
| 5 g | Onions |
| 5 g | Garlic |
| 10 g | Tomato paste |
| 20 g | Mushrooms |
| 20 g | Peppers |
| 15 g | Corn, canned |
| 80 g | Tomatoes, chopped |
| 150 ml | KetoEpi creamy (Kanso) |
| 15 g | Tomato ketchup, without sugar |
| To taste | Salt, pepper, herbs |
| 20 g | Soy cream, vegan |
| To taste | Parsley |
| 17 g | KetoSlices white (Kanso) |
Preparation
Step 1
Put MCT Oil 77 % in a pot. Sauté the vegan minced meat together with diced onions and garlic. Add the tomato paste.
Step 2
Then chop the mushrooms and peppers and add them together with the corn. Deglaze with the sliced tomatoes and continue to simmer.
Step 3
Stir in KetoEpi creamy and tomato ketchup and season to taste. Serve together with toasted KetoSlices white, Creme Vega and parsley.
