Tacos with zucchini
Ingredients

| 26.6 g (2 pouches) | MCTfiber (Kanso) |
| 15 g | Olive oil |
| 40 g | Cream cheese, heavy cream |
| 10 g | Mortadella, from pork |
Preparation
Step 1
Grate the zucchini and squeeze. Mix the grated zucchini with the egg and MCTfiber.
Step 2
Form patties and fry in a pan in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
Step 3
Top with cream cheese and mortadella.
