| 60 g | Hazelnuts, peeled and roasted |
| 20 g | Erythritol |
| 6 g | Baking powder |
| 5 g | Bamboo fiber |

Preparation
Step 1
Place the egg, KetoEpi and melted butter in a bowl. In a second bowl, mix hazelnuts with erythritol, baking powder and bamboo fiber. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the mixture of liquid ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
Step 2
Cut the pears into small pieces and add them to the dough. Pour the dough into baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at about 170 °C (convection oven) for 40 minutes.
