70  ml Water
40 g MCT Margarine 83% (Kanso)
55 g Egg
50 ml Almond drink, without sugar
8 g Baking powder
30 drops Nougat aroma, without sugar
7 g Cider vinegar
50 g Stevia
100 g Cream cheese alternative, vegan
50 g Almond flour, white
5 g Citrus fiber
100 g KetoCacaoBar (Kanso)

Step 1

Stir KetoBiota into water until a curd-like texture is formed.

Step 2

Melt the MCT Margarine 83 % in a saucepan and add to the KetoBiota cream.

Step 3

Add the egg, almond drink, baking powder, nougat flavor, cider vinegar, stevia and the vegan spread and mix well.

Step 4

Then fold in the almond flour and citrus fibers and knead into a dough with wet hands.

Step 5

Form 8 balls of 60 g each from the dough mixture, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press into shape. Make sure there is enough space between the dough balls.

Step 6

Bake at 180 °C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.

Step 7

After cooling, top each Amerikaner with 12.5 g of melted KetoCacaoBar.
