5 g Olive oil
20 g Water
25 g  Cream cheese, heavy cream
25 g Salmon, smoked

Preparation
Step 1

For the dough, mix egg with KetoBiota, olive oil and water.

Step 2

Place one tablespoon of dough per serving in a pan and fry. Turn when bubbles form on the top.

Step 3

Spread the blinis with cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.
