Blueberry porridge

Ingredients

200 ml Almond drink, without sugar
23.5 g (1 pouch) KetoBiota (Kanso) 
55 g Egg
5 g Locust bean gum
45 ml Rapeseed oil
10 ml MCT Oil 100 % (Kanso) 
120 g Blueberries
25 g Almond paste
Used Kanso products

Kanso MCT Oil 100 %
Preparation
Step 1

Put the almond drink in a saucepan and bring to the boil with KetoBiota, egg and locust bean gum, stirring constantly. Set the saucepan aside and allow the mixture to cool.

Step 2

After the mixture has cooled down a bit, add rapeseed oil and MCT Oil 100 % and mix everything together.

Step 3

Heat the blueberries in a small saucepan for 3 to 4 minutes and add to the porridge. Alternatively, the blueberries can be cooked directly with the porridge. At the end, top with almond paste.
