Cold avocado cucumber soup
Peel, pit and quarter the avocado.
Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces.
Place avocado, coriander, cucumber, MCTfiber, almond drink and tahini in a blender and blend until smooth.
Then mix everything again well and season. Serve in a bowl.
