Cold avocado cucumber soup
Ingredients
Provides 608.7 kcal per 493.3 g
| 250 g | Avocado |
| 50 g | Cucumber |
| 10 g | Coriander |
| 13.3 g (1 pouch) | MCTfiber (Kanso) |
| 150 ml | Almond drink, wothout sugar |
| 20 g | Tahini |
| To taste | Salt, pepper |
Preparation
Step 1
Peel, pit and quarter the avocado.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces.
Step 3
Place avocado, coriander, cucumber, MCTfiber, almond drink and tahini in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Then mix everything again well and season. Serve in a bowl.
