MCT pizza with mozzarella

For the dough:   
45 g Egg white
13.3 g (1 pouch) MCTfiber (Kanso)
50 g Mozzarella
1 pinch Salt
For the topping:  
20 g  Tomato sauce, without sugar
40 g  Mozzarella 
15 ml Olive oil
1 pinch  Oregano

Step 1

To make the dough, first mix the egg white with MCTfiber, mozzarella and salt.

Step 2

Line a pan with a diameter of 16 cm with baking paper. Spread the dough on the baking paper, cover the pan with a lid and bake. Turn the dough once the bottom side is toasted.

Step 3

Pour the tomato sauce on the turned, half-cooked dough. Spread the mozzarella on the top. Cover the pan with lid until the mozzarella is melted.

Step 4

Finally, add olive oil and oregano to the pizza.

Step 5

Serve the pizza hot!
