30 g Minced meat, vegan
5 g Onions
5 g Garlic
10 g Tomato paste
20 g Mushrooms
20 g Peppers
15 g Corn, canned
80 g Tomatoes, chopped
150 ml KetoEpi creamy (Kanso) 
15 g Tomato ketchup, without sugar
To taste Salt, pepper, herbs
20 g Soy cream, vegan

Step 1

Put MCT Oil 77 % in a pot. Sauté the vegan minced meat together with diced onions and garlic. Add the tomato paste.

Step 2

Then chop the mushrooms and peppers and add them together with the corn. Deglaze with the sliced tomatoes and continue to simmer.

Step 3

Stir in KetoEpi creamy and tomato ketchup and season to taste. Serve together with toasted KetoSlices white, Creme Vega and parsley.
