Pasta with minced beef and yogurt sauce
Ingredients

| 500 g | Minced beef |
| 20 g | MCT Oil 77 % (Kanso) |
| 600 g | Tomatoes |
| To taste | Salt, pepper, paprika powder, herbs |
| 500 g | Pasta |
| 23.5 g (1 pouch) | KetoBiota (Kanso) |
| 500 g | Yogurt, 1.5 % fat |
| 4 cloves | Garlic |
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and finely dice the onions and fry them together with the minced beef in MCT Oil 77 %.
Step 2
Wash and dice the tomatoes and steam briefly. Add spices and herbs to the minced beef sauce to taste.
Step 3
In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
Step 4
For the yogurt sauce, mix KetoBiota with the yogurt. Peel and finely chop or grate the garlic. Add garlic and spices to the yogurt sauce to taste.
Step 5
Serve pasta together with minced beef and yogurt sauce.
