Tacos with zucchini

15 g  Olive oil
40 g Cream cheese, heavy cream
10 g Mortadella, from pork

Preparation
Step 1

Grate the zucchini and squeeze. Mix the grated zucchini with the egg and MCTfiber.

Step 2

Form patties and fry in a pan in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.

Step 3

Top with cream cheese and mortadella.
