Ingredients

100 g Minced meat, vegan
30 g Onions
25 ml Olive oil
100 g Tomatoes, chopped
60 g Olives, black
50 g DelíMCT Tomato (Kanso) 
39.9 g (3 pouches) MCTfiber (Kanso) 
100 ml KetoEpi (Kanso) 
To taste Cayenne pepper, sweet paprika powder, salt, oregano
2 Slices KetoSlices seeds dark (Kanso)

Preparation
Step 1

Sauté vegan minced meat and chopped onions with olive oil in a small saucepan for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the sliced tomatoes and olives and simmer everything over medium heat. Then add the DelíMCT Tomato.

Step 3

Stir in MCTfiber and KetoEpi and season to taste.

Step 4

Serve warm with a slice of KetoSlices seeds dark.
