| 2 g | Garlic | 
| 10 g | Onions | 
| 20 g | Leek | 
| 125 g | Sweet potato | 
| 30 ml | Water | 
| 200 ml | KetoEpi creamy (Kanso) | 
| 15 ml | MCT Oil 100 % (Kanso) | 
| 50 ml | Cream alternative, vegan | 
| 60 g | Sausages, vegetarian | 
| 20 ml | Juice of a blood orange, freshly squeezed | 
| To taste | Salt, pepper, peel of a blood orange | 
Preparation
          
        
            
              Step 1
                    
                    
                      Put the MCT Margarine 83 % in a saucepan and sauté the garlic, onions and some of the leeks until translucent.
Step 2
                    
                    
                      Add the diced sweet potatoes, fill with water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
                    
                    
                      Put some of the sweet potatoes aside to add them to the soup as pieces later - puree the rest. Then add KetoEpi creamy, MCT Oil 100 % and cream alternative, add the sausages and heat everything up.
Step 4
                    
                    
                      Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of grated blood orange peel and the freshly squeezed juice. Serve together with the remaining leek and the chopped sweet potatoes.
