What is the shelf life of MCTfiber?

Unopened, the minimum shelf life is 18 months.

Opened sachets should either be used immediately or closed with a clip. Alternatively, the powder can be stored in an airtight container and used within 24 hours.

How to store MCTfiber?

How should MCTfiber be dosed?

Dosage must be determined by your physician or dietitian and is dependent on age, weight, and your individual diet plan.

Do I need to incorporate MCTfiber slowly into my diet?

MCTfiber contains MCT fats. In order to increase tolerance, we recommend to incorporate the product gradually into the diet.

How to prepare MCTfiber?

Standard dilution: Mix 13.3 g (1 sachet) of MCTfiber with 30 ml of water.

MCTfiber is a great for snacks with the right ketogenic ratio.
