
Apple Tiramisu
Preparation
Line a small cake tin or a jar with ladyfinger biscuits (break them into smaller pieces if necessary), cover with apple purée. Mix sour cream, low fat quark, MCT oil and sugar, spread over the apple purée. Dust thinly with cinnamon / cinnamon sugar. Allow to steep for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
