Apple Tiramisu

Ingredients
  • Ladyfinger biscuits 40 g
  • Apple Purée 250 g
  • Sour cream 100 g
  • Low fat quark 120 g
  • Kanso MCT Oil 77 % 5 ml
  • Sugar 15 g
  • Sugar/Cinnamon sugar for dusting
Preparation

Line a small cake tin or a jar with ladyfinger biscuits (break them into smaller pieces if necessary), cover with apple purée. Mix sour cream, low fat quark, MCT oil and sugar, spread over the apple purée. Dust thinly with cinnamon / cinnamon sugar. Allow to steep for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
