
Brown bread
Preparation
For 1 loaf of approx. 600 g
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan oven. Weigh all the ingredients.
- First stir all the dry ingredients well in a bowl.
- Heat up the margarine in a saucepan, pour into the dough with the lukewarm water while stirring continuously and knead well for around 3 minutes.
- Place the dough in a silicone loaf pan and smooth down with moistened hands.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 70 - 80 minutes (please test with a wooden stick!).
- Leave to cool before slicing.
