Brown bread

Ingredients
  • Flax meal, Rapunzel 150 g
  • Almond flour, fine 50 g
  • Chia seeds, Organic Aldi Süd 30 g
  • Indian flea seed husks 20 g
  • Sesame seeds 40 g
  • Guar gum powder 15 g
  • Water 300 ml
  • Kanso MCT Margarine 83% 150 g
  • Salt 10 g
  • Baking soda Dr. Oetker 1/2 packet
Preparation
For 1 loaf of approx. 600 g
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan oven. Weigh all the ingredients.
  • First stir all the dry ingredients well in a bowl.
  • Heat up the margarine in a saucepan, pour into the dough with the lukewarm water while stirring continuously and knead well for around 3 minutes.
  • Place the dough in a silicone loaf pan and smooth down with moistened hands. 
  • Bake at 180 °C for about 70 - 80 minutes (please test with a wooden stick!).
  • Leave to cool before slicing.
