Chocolate spread with nuts

Ingredients
  • Walnuts 65 g
  • Kanso MCT Margarine 83% 50 g
  • Honey 50 g
  • Cocoa powder 7 g
Preparation
  • Finely chop the walnuts. They should have a similar consistency to ground almonds.
  • Beat the margarine until creamy and mix with the ground walnuts, honey and cacao powder.
  • Store in the refrigerator.

The walnuts provide 2 g of essential fatty acids per portion.
