
Chocolate spread with nuts
Preparation
- Finely chop the walnuts. They should have a similar consistency to ground almonds.
- Beat the margarine until creamy and mix with the ground walnuts, honey and cacao powder.
- Store in the refrigerator.
The walnuts provide 2 g of essential fatty acids per portion.
