Fine coconut breakfast porridge

Ingredients
  • Coconut flour 15 g
  • Golden linseed, ground 15 g
  • Almond flour white, Kanzelmanns Original 15 g
  • Kanso MCT Oil 100% 20 g
  • Almond milk, unsweetened, Alpro 200 g
  • Coconut flakes, Rapunzel 5 g
  • Stevia-erythritol icing sugar 10 g
  • Cinnamon 1 pinch
  • Salt 1 pinch
Preparation
For 1 Portion
  • Heat up the milk in a saucepan, remove from the heat, pour all the ingredients except for the coconut flakes into the milk and purée for about 2 minutes. 
  • Pour the warm breakfast porridge into a muesli bowl.
  • Brown the coconut flakes briefly in a pan and spread over the breakfast porridge.
