
Mini fruit yoghurts
Preparation
For 3 cups
- Stir the vegan cream with the oil and the icing sugar until creamy.
- Divide the mixture into three portions and make a mini fruit yoghurt out of each:
- 2 drops of flavouring/flavour mango + colour blue
- 2 drops of flavouring/flavour raspberry + colour red
- 2 drops of flavouring/flavour lemon + colour green
- Pour each one into a small glass (e.g. shot glass).
