Mini fruit yoghurts

Ingredients
  • Vegan cream, Dr. Oetker 100 g
  • Kanso Oil MCT 100 % 10 g
  • Stevia-erythritol icing sugar 5 g
  • Flavouring (mango, lemon, raspberries) by Pure Flavour
  • Baking and food colouring (green, blue, red) by Rosenheimer Gourmet Manufaktur
Preparation
For 3 cups
  • Stir the vegan cream with the oil and the icing sugar until creamy.
  • Divide the mixture into three portions and make a mini fruit yoghurt out of each:
  • 2 drops of flavouring/flavour mango + colour blue
  • 2 drops of flavouring/flavour raspberry + colour red
  • 2 drops of flavouring/flavour lemon + colour green
  • Pour each one into a small glass (e.g. shot glass).
