Preparation
For 1 portion
- Make the espresso.
- Mix the cocoa with a tablespoon of soy milk until you can see no more lumps.
- Heat up the remaining soy milk in a saucepan.
- Then mix in the spices, the icing sugar and the mixed cocoa.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove, add the oil and espresso and purée for about ½ minute.
- Pour into a heated cup and sprinkle with a little cocoa.
