Mochaccino

Ingredients
  • Soy milk, unsweetened, Alpro 50 g
  • Kanso Oil MCT 100 % 15 g
  • Stevia-erythritol icing sugar 5 g
  • Low-fat cocoa 1 g
  • Bourbon Vanilla 1 pinch
  • Espresso 1
Preparation
For 1 portion
  • Make the espresso.
  • Mix the cocoa with a tablespoon of soy milk until you can see no more lumps.
  • Heat up the remaining soy milk in a saucepan. 
  • Then mix in the spices, the icing sugar and the mixed cocoa. 
  • Remove the saucepan from the stove, add the oil and espresso and purée for about ½ minute. 
  • Pour into a heated cup and sprinkle with a little cocoa.
