Pasta with wild garlic pesto

Ingredients
  • Low carb pasta 70 g
  • Wild garlic 50 g
  • Almonds 20 g
  • Oats 4 g
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 5 g
  • Kanso Oil 100 % MCT 40 g
  • Parmesan 10 g
Preparation

Cook the pasta in salted water. Purée the remaining ingredients, except the parmesan, until a homogenous paste forms. Drain the pasta and serve onto a plate. Add the pesto and serve with parmesan.
