Raspberry rice pudding

Ingredients
  • Raspberries 10 g
  • Soy alternative to curd cheese, Provamel 100 g
  • Kanso Oil MCT 100% 20 g
  • Stevia-erythritol icing sugar 5 g
  • Konjak rice 100 g
  • Locust bean gum flour 1/2 teaspoon
  • Bourbon Vanilla 1 pinch
  • Raspberry flavouring, Pure Flavour 3 drops
  • Lemon flavouring, Pure Flavour 2 drops
Preparation
Für 1 Portion
  • Prepare the konjac rice according to the packaging instructions.
  • Stir the curd cheese alternative with the remaining ingredients and fold in the rice. 
  • Allow to soak in the fridge for 30 minutes and garnish with raspberries before serving.
