
Sautéed Pasta
Preparation
- Cook noodles in salted water until al dente.
- Drain. Marinate noodles in soy sauce, oil, ground paprika, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Wash the vegetables. Peel the onions, garlicand carrots. Slice the carrots, leek and onionsinto thin, bite-size pieces. Chop the garlic finely.
- Fry onions and garlic in a dry pan until they are lightly browned. Add the carrots and steam in a little water for approx. 5 minutes, then add the leek and bean sprouts and steam for another 5 minutes. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Drain the vegetables. Then add the marinated noodles and briefly sauté.
- Season again if necessary.
