
Spicy Herbs Twist

Dough: Combine the quark, milk, MCT oil and salt. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift over the quark mixture and knead it all to a dough. Roll the dough out onto baking paper.
Filling: Chop the chives and cress finely and mix with the cream cheese and MCT oil, season with pepper. Lay the ham slices onto the rolled out dough and spread with the filling. Roll the dough up along the long edge.
Place the rolled dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and with the seam on the bottom. Brush the dough with a little milk. Bake in a pre-heated oven for approx. 35–45 minutes (electric oven: 175°C, fan oven: 150°C, gas mark 3). Allow to cool before slicing.
