Ingredients
  • Cucumbers 40 g
  • Garlic 3 g
  • Soy alternative to curd cheese, Provamel 100 g
  • Kanso MCT Oil 100 % 20 g
  • Dill 1 stalk
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Preparation
For approx. 280 g
  • Wash the cucumber and grate coarsely.
  • Wash the dill and peel the garlic. 
  • Chop both finely.
  • Stir the soy curd cheese alternative and the oil well with a fork, and fold in the pepper, salt, dill, garlic and finally the grated cucumber.
