Vanilla cream

Ingredients
  • Soy cooking cream, Alpro 100 g
  • Kanso oil 100 % MCT 15 g
  • Saffron 3 threads
  • Locust bean gum flour 3 g
  • Stevia-erythritol icing sugar 15 g
  • Bourbon vanilla 1 pinch
Preparation
For approx. 235g or 2 small glasses of 115-120 g each

Whip all the ingredients in a tall container for about 3 minutes with a mixer until creamy.
