
Vegetable & Potato Mash (for weaning)
Preparation
Clean and wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces. Dice meat (or use fresh minced meat). Bring all ingredients to the boil in a little water and then simmer on a low heat for approx. 10 minutes. Purée together with the juice. Stir in Kanso MCT Oil. Info: If the mash is too stiff, add a little water and stir in.
