
Zoodles with “chicken” and mushroom sauce
Preparation
Für 1 Portion
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Dice the onions finely.
- Slice the zucchini into zoodles (vegetable spaghetti) with a spiral slicer.
- Heat up the margarine in a pan at medium heat.
- Fry the onions in it until they glisten, add the mushrooms and brown.
- Now add the fillet pieces and fry briefly.
- Add vegan cream and season generously with garlic and spices.
- Finally, fold in the zoodles and heat up for about 2 minutes.
