Zoodles with “chicken” and mushroom sauce

Ingredients
  • Zucchini 100 g
  • Mushrooms 100 g
  • Onions 20 g
  • Piece of chicken fillet substitute, LikeMeat 80 g
  • Vegan cream, Dr. Oetker* 20 g
  • Kanso MCT Margarine 83% 30 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cayennepepper
  • Ground garlic clove 1 pinch
Preparation
Für 1 Portion
  • Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. 
  • Dice the onions finely.
  • Slice the zucchini into zoodles (vegetable spaghetti) with a spiral slicer.
  • Heat up the margarine in a pan at medium heat. 
  • Fry the onions in it until they glisten, add the mushrooms and brown. 
  • Now add the fillet pieces and fry briefly. 
  • Add vegan cream and season generously with garlic and spices. 
  • Finally, fold in the zoodles and heat up for about 2 minutes.
