
Zucchini fritters
Preparation
For 3 fritters
- Grate the zucchini. Wash and half the cocktail tomatoes.
- Mix the gluten and the almond flour in a bowl, add the grated zucchini, vegan cream and spices and stir well (best done with a disposable glove on each hand).
- Heat up the margarine in a pan at medium heat.
- Form 3 fritters from the batter and fry these at medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with the cocktail tomatoes.
